Last week the build of our new project has started! On the 14 of july Vieira Equipment started with the escavation work to prepare the land for the construction of the 18 appartments and 6 penthouses at Blue Bay Hills, Curacao.
We are excited that the groundwork of this high-end apartment complex is on its way. We look forward to see this sustainable design evolve, with its large insulated overhangs to protect against the sun, good orientation to catch the Caribbean breeze and water cisterns to collect rainwater. The design will be miticulously integrated in the hillside, with each block turning a littlte more towards the south to guarantee the splendid view of the Caribbean Sea.
The work is being executed under supervision of CCM Engineering.
