This week is the highest point celebration of our Blue Bay Hills Residences project! This was festively celebrated with the construction team, future residents, clients, and other stakeholders.
In total 18 apartments and 6 penthouses are being built, spread over six blocks.
About our design
We started the design process with a mass study into how, within regulations, the volumes can fit harmoniously into the hills and still have an that ensures a sea view. That is why we made a subtle height difference of 1.375 meters between the blocks. This also creates more privacy for the residents because the balconies are at different heights.
Swimming pool
The shared swimming pool is unique to Curaçao. As you can see on the pictures the pool has an organic shape; it is a unique design. There will be different platforms and levels within the pool, so you can enjoy the water in different ways. Residents can walk via a stairway to the gazebo above the swimming pool. There you can relax and enjoy the view. The sound of the waterfall will enhance the feeling of being in your own little tropical paradise. In the images you can see a back wall halfway up the gazebo, which will eventually disappear, giving the gazebo its round shape.
Completion
With the completion of the highest point, the delivery of Blue Bay Hills Residences is fast approaching. Future residents can look forward to modern, spacious apartments with panoramic views. Delivery is expected in the fall of 2024.
