A short message for our clients in the Dutch Caribbean Islands: the office OeverZaaijerLyongo has officially been dissolved. All activities in Curacao will continue under the name of the architectural firm lyongo architecture.
Only the name has changed, because the work and the execution will be continued by the same team as before. So you can continue to count on the same dedication and quality that you have come to expect from us over the past 25 years.
In the picture you’ll see our office in the Caribbean part of the Dutch Kingdom. These old workers houses are both part of a protected monumental townscape. It is located in Otrobanda, Curacao. In 2022 we moved our offices to the green building for which we designed the restoration. During the restoration, as much attention as possible was paid to preserve original details and the historic elements. We use the red house as an apartment when the colleagues from the Amsterdam office are in Curacao.
