A new construction update of our project Blue Bay Hills Residences. With new images of the roof, the caretaker’s house and the reveal of the first bridge.
In May, the highest point of the project was celebrated festively. As you can see, they have now started placing the roof tiles and applying the natural stone cladding. During our visit in early September, we took some new photos of the progress and of some nice details.
A new building added
On the first image you’ll see a small building (right), which will be the caretaker’s house. It can now be seen for the first time. A nice first impression, although of course the house still needs to be finished. Here you can see that they are working on the roof.
First completed bridge
The six penthouses will be connected to the part where they enter and park via a bridge. In one of the new photos you can see the bridge of block F, which is already finished. As Caribbean architects we wanted to use local products. That is why a local stone that has a warm beige tone was chosen for the bridges.
