Although the first homes at Hofi Vidanova have already been delivered, there’s still plenty of development happening on-site. You can now see the entrance buildings for the first time. They now have their characteristic, organic shapes
A total of 300 homes will be constructed in Hofi Vidanova, with 150 homes currently being built as part of Phase 1. The new drone footage shows the partially completed neighborhood and which part is prepared for the second phase. You can clearly see its layout and strategic positioning. This postion maximizes the Northeast trade winds and optimizes the air circulation. The green spaces in the neighborhood also enhance airflow and regulate the temperature, creating a cooler and more comfortable living environment.
Entrance buildings
Also new are the first images of the entrance buildings of the residential area. While the initial concept envisioned an open neighborhood, our client has opted for a gated entry to enhance security. We have paid a lot of attention to the design of the entrance buildings. To create a welcoming gesture we created an organic shape. Two walls, one coming from the existing neighborhood the other coming from the new neighborhood are interconnected at the highest point through a big pergola.
What’s next?
In an earlier update, we shared that carports were still under construction. Now, several have been completed, as seen in the latest photos. Every home in the neighborhood will have a carport. Depending on the house type, these carports may be attached to the home or stand as separate structures.
In the coming months, more houses with their carports will be delivered and the entrance buildings will be completed.
