Last week we gave a presentation about the Plaza Hotel, part of Waterfront Plaza in Willemstad. We made the urban development for Waterfront Plaza, together with IMD, OZ and Studio Akkerhuis.

In our plan we have taken into account monumental, historical and sustainability frameworks. The starting point is to build on the existing cultural-historical values of the area. The new buildings seek connection with the surroundings in terms of scale and orientation. At the same time we want to develop a new identity for the area.
